Happy Daze Preston offers a relaxed, confidential and welcoming space where men can come together, share experiences and support one another. There is no pressure to speak, no referrals required and no judgement.

If you're feeling nervous about coming along, that's completely understandable. Many of our members felt exactly the same before attending their first meeting. You'll be welcomed with kindness, offered a brew, and can simply listen if that's what feels right.
